During the art show today we decided to stop in, been in before but it's been a while. first, there is no way from the parking lot to know you are open. no sign anywhere flashing hi I'm open, even if you had one of those signs to flip open or closed would be better than nothing. so we walk in with a mumbled greeting. we look around and asked if you have cat toys, no answer but a shake of the head, she never looked our way, didn't speak and never looked up at us. so this is who you have working for you? this happened before when I had a free coupon for a bag of Fromm cat food. I had called to make sure you had it and same thing different person no greeting then once you knew I had the free coupon you acted like you were out of stock...not the friendliest, unless that's what ppl like. I like to be greeted, asked if I need help or at least acknowledge that I took time out my day to see your shop. had you been friendly then I might of kindly told ppl about your shop. this is definitely suited more for dogs, which is fine but my friends with dogs wouldn't like the silence. maybe work on communication. 2nd time coming in there and nothing is said or barely acknowledged. that's not customer service.
